The MISSION of Lulu's Kitchen is to:
· Focus on balance, harmony and health through cooking
· Demystify ethnic cuisine
· Create appreciation for culture through food, wine and history
· Apply the "Under 10 Ingredients" rule for all recipes
· Encourage use of organic, fresh and accessible ingredients
As founder and Chef/Instructor of Lulu's Kitchen, Lulu helps people become comfortable in the kitchen working with recipes made with fresh ingredients through cooking parties and corporate team building events.
Lulu trained at the Culinary Institute of America and has lived and traveled extensively in Europe and Asia. She has cooked at CUESA's "Shop with the Chef" program at the San Francisco Farmers' Market. Lulu has appeared on Food Network TV and ABC's View from the Bay. She also creates recipes for Berryessa Gap Winery in Winters, CA.
